A LOOK BACK AT AW19: MUTATIONS IN THE 4TH DIMENSION. WE CHAT THROUGH SOME OF MY FAVOURITE LOOKS, FITS AND KEY PIECES - TALKING ABOUT THE THOUGHT AND PROCESSES BEHIND THEM!
This is my favourite look, I've worn the rugby a lot myself, opening look of the show is always there to really set the tone of the collection. Each pair of trousers is hand dyed in London by our friends @stainshade.
This look was hand bleached. The print reacts to the bleach and is removed so you get this disappearing faded affect, i wear the jacket almost everyday... The tee was a sort of cyber metal future totem. like a junkyard mad max god of defunkt technologies.
This look was so fun.... really shiny almost plastic bin bag with the collections hero hoodie. we just put all the prints on one hoodie.
Here we really wanted to make something that made you feel CYBORG, plugged in, always on.... mixing the nylons, different textures and silicone piping in the place of wires.
The shorts and bowling shirt is me all summer. The shorts are taken from a really wide Japanese work-wear pant that Japanese punk sk8r kids cut off, somewhere between a wide jean and a long skirt.
